“I was in a tough spot with the house I inherited. I couldn’t sell the house for what I wanted because it needed work. Kevin & Tom were there for me every step of the way. I took what I wanted and they donated the rest which made me feel great it wasn’t all being junked. Overall the process was pretty seamless for me and such a better alternative to selling it with a realtor.!”
